Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. After the 15-day period, returns will no longer be available. For a complete return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. In addition, the item must be returned in the original packaging. To complete the return and refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost incurred to ship the returned item is the responsibility of the sender and will not be refundable. Returns for damaged or missing items will only be possible if the customer accepts the goods at the time of delivery by the courier through the right of reservation.

Refund (where applicable)

Once the package has been received for return and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that your shipment has been successful. We will also inform you about the acceptance or rejection of the return procedure. If the refund process is approved, we will automatically transfer the amount in question to your credit card or the original payment method used, within 30 days of accepting the return.

Please note: For all items purchased on sale or on sale, a full refund is not always guaranteed, however you will receive a discount voucher to use in our online store.

Shipping

For information regarding the shipment of the return package contact us at info@pureon.com remembering to include the order number. The cost of the return shipment will be paid by the sender and is not refundable.
